The IMA produces two regular publications each year, which are a benefit of membership: a Journal each autumn and a Newsletter twice a year. The twice-yearly IMA Newsletter (ISSN 00332 284X) contains updates on events and developments in the Irish museum world. The annual journal Museum Ireland (ISSN 0961 9690), published in the autumn, contains information, reviews, articles and critical discussion pieces on issues of interest or concern to those working in Irish museums and information on the annual conference.
