    17-24 May is being organised by the Irish Museums Association to gain visitors for our cultural heritage sites this spring. We have the potential to gain new audiences, provide free and enjoyable experiences, and encourage our visitors to return and use our venues more frequently over the summer.

  • Museum Standards Programme for Ireland

    Accreditation Awards Posted: Friday, 01 May 2009

    Museum Standards Programme for Ireland presentations were made by the Heritage Council on 18 May to three more museums. Knock Museum, National Print Museum and Waterford Museum of Treasures were each given full accreditation under the scheme.
