The Dublinia Heritage Project is a combined training and work experience course. It is eleven months in duration, with thirty training places available. The participants are trained to become tour guides and benefit from work experience in Dublinia Heritage Centre and St Patrick's Cathedral.
The Dublinia Heritage Project is registered and quality assured by FETAC. The course offers participants a FETAC LEVEL 5 Major Award in Heritage and Cultural Studies covering - Local History Studies, Archaeology and Heritage.
The first course is commencing in November 2013 and the second in January 2014. No previous experience or certificates are requested but motivation and an interest in Heritage and History are a must.
