National Museums NI are hosting the 'Living Well' Seminar in Cultra Manor at the Ulster Folk Museum on Wednesday 15th May 2019 (9.30 am to 3.30 pm).
National Museums NI and six local museums have been working together over the past year to engage older people through the Live Well project. In this one day seminar they will be sharing their practice. Collections, creativity and active engagement are core, and will be key elements in the seminar.
The day is for staff who work in museums with an interest in community engagement.
The event will be free, thanks to Live Well's funder, the National Lottery Community Fund, but places are limited.
Please register your interest by return email to firstname.lastname@example.org asap. NMNI will aim to confirm your place by email on the 17th April 2019.
