The Northern Ireland Museums Council (NIMC) is delighted to announce the first three, pre - Summer training events. Registration fees are: Members: £70; Non-Members £110.

Museums and Volunteers - organisation benefit, individual gain and community engagement

Volunteer Now will cover ‘Volunteer Management: the essentials'
• Valuing volunteers
• Role descriptions
• Promoting opportunities
• Policy and management
• Motivating and supporting
The day will include case studies from local museums.

Museum Learning: Supporting the Primary School Curriculum
Trainers: Lecturers from Stranmillis University College

Using Visual Communication Strategies and a Makaton Taster
Trainers: Autism NI and Robinson Makaton Training

Dementia Awareness Workshops
