The European network on cultural management and policy (ENCATC) has published a social media toolkit for cultural managers.
In 2016, ENCATC commissioned to the University of Goldsmiths and in particular to Chris Hogg, a specialist in the innovative use of social media, the drafting of an ENCATC guide on social media.
This document includes also tips and best practices collected at the occasion of a series of ENCATC events lead by Chris Hogg and organised by ENCATC in Brussels during the years 2015 and 2016.
With this new publication, ENCATC aim is to offer to cultural managers and operators and easy instrument that could help them in their daily work ans thus to improve their capacity to communicate with their followers.
