ICRI invites presentations for its conference "Conservation Activities in Ireland VI", on Thursday 4 October 2018 in the National Gallery of Ireland. The deadline for submissions is 30 April 2018 at 5pm.
ICRI is delighted to host this biennial event which offers a professional forum for members to showcase conservation activities, meet, inspire and exchange views. The conference will also engage the public and students to promote an understanding of the conservation profession and offer fruitful engagement with related study fields and to grow future alliances with research.
The conference programme aims to feature a broad range of conservation specialisms, featuring either private or public projects from across the country and beyond. The morning session will focus on science and conservation with an afternoon session on recent and revaluated conservation projects.
The conference committee welcomes proposals for a 20 minute presentation on the following themes:
Scientific research and/or treatment projects
Revisiting past projects with today's knowledge
