Carla Marrinan Funder is chief executive officer at the National Print Museum (Dublin), where she has worked since 2010. The National Print Museum is fully accredited under The Heritage Council's Museums Standards Programme of Ireland. Carla comes to the IMA Board of Directors with experience in senior management, strategic development, fundraising, visitor engagement, exhibitions and collections management. Prior to taking up her post at the National Print Museum, Carla also worked in the fields of arts administration and education at the Irish Museums Association and National Gallery of Ireland, amongst other cultural organisations. Carla read History of Art and Architecture and Spanish at Trinity College Dublin and has an MA in Cultural Policy and Arts Management from University College Dublin.
Carla Marrinan Funder was elected to the board of directors of the Irish Museums Association in 2012.
